Somehow Duke - a beautiful little Pomeranian survived an attack by a neighbour's much larger dog.

Despite some initial attention by Duke's own vet and looking 'ok' he has been referred to surgical specialist Dr Sarah Goldsmid from the Animal Referral Hospital in Sydney to consider a skin graft - not a common procedure but one ARH have had great success in doing in the past.
